Food has become more about blaming yourself and judging yourself for, rather than something you indulge and enjoy?
Food is something that brings up a lot of feelings, emotions and co relations for people, even ones that you are not aware of.
I am on a deep exploration to change my relationship with food.
Not to lose weight, or gain weight, or because someone told me to eat a certain way.
It was because I was tired of the loop of eating food that really did not taste great, added to me feeling heavy and horrible, and the general stuckness of always trying to eat right, but never quite getting there.
I am starting a ten days email series, where you receive one email from me, that will include something in it, that will create a difference in your relationship with food.
